Deposits Before Birth: Deposits are NON-refundable. If some unforeseen circumstances arise we will be happy to extend your deposit to the next litter. Gender, Color, Coat types are not guaranteed. If you specify a gender, color or coat type of a puppy it could take longer than usual for you to get the puppy you desire. Deposits on a specific puppy after birth: Deposits are NON-refundable. Refunds are given ONLY for the following reasons: 1) Animal of specification dies or 2) Veterinary or breeder finds unsuitable for sale.

A Deposit is a trust. The puppy you have chosen will be held for you until it is ready to leave its mother or agreed upon departure date. All puppies are treated equally with loving care whether the puppy is sold or not. All fees must be paid for before the puppy leaves our home.

Refunds on puppies after purchase: Our refund policies lie with our health guarantees only. A health guarantee will accompany the puppy once he leaves our home with our Bill of Sale. But we will give NO refunds just because you change your mind, no longer want, found elsewhere, etc.! NOTE: Should you ask us to resell your puppy due some unforeseen circumstances we will charge you (the current buyer) a 15% seller’s fee and ONLY if the puppy is still at our home. We will send back your money you have paid on this puppy only after we have resold it and the new owner has paid for the puppy in full. NO CASH REFUNDS

Guarantees- Arrival: This pup is guaranteed healthy and checked by our vet prior to leaving our home. We guarantee its health for 48 hours. If, within 48 hours after arrival (Sunday’s excluded), the puppy is examined by your vet and is found to be physically unsound, and if, within 48 hour period (Sunday’s excluded) the puppy is returned by the buyer to seller’s home with a written statement from the vet, stating in what respect the puppy is physically unsound, the puppy will be replaced. Otherwise all sales are final. This pup is also guaranteed to be free from canine hip-dysplagia and retinal eye-dysplagia for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of birth. X-rays for hip-dysplagia must be submitted to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, 2300 Nifon Boulevard, Columbia, MO. 652012, then submitted to myself, along with the dog, to receive full refund, or without the dog, for half a refund, and a copy of the final Bill of Sale. Eyes must be checked by a licensed opthamologist to receive a refund. Transportation and/or shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. When you receive your pup it will be wormed and have its first set of shots. A final Bill of Sale will be given along with the delivery of the puppy to the buyer. No guarantee is given if in the rare case any puppy is sold for less then $300.

Balance Due is Purchase Price (plus any shipping charges or additional fees not included with sale price). A minimum of $150 down is required to hold the puppy, balance of the puppy and the shipping amount is due by the time the puppy is 7 weeks old, in order to give us time to get the puppy checked by the vet and to schedule shipping if nessessary. NO personal checks are accepted within 2 weeks of shipping date. Puppy must be picked up or shipped by 12 weeks of age or a $1.00 a day fee will be added after age 12 wks for care fees. (Notice: If your puppy is a larger breed, or older then 8 weeks, it is possible that we will need to use a bigger vrate, and that other expensences may accure?) I, am purchasing / paying deposit on a puppy.

I understand that I can not withdraw payment for any reason as Windswept Kennels is providing a service to me by holding this puppy until full payment is recieved and or puppy is delievered to me. If I withdraw my paypal payment, regardless if Credit Card payment or bank transfer, Windswept Kennels is entitled to the funds Paypal withdraws from her account plus any charges / fees that my withdrawal caused. So by my signature below, I'm agreeing that for providing this service to me I will not withdraw payment at anytime for this purchase and the service of holding this puppy just for me. By signing this contract I am also promising to provide this puppy with a good, forever home! If an unforseen circumstance should arrise, I will never take this puppy to a human society, or rescue. I will try my best to find my puppy another good home, or return the puppy, by my own expence, to Widnswept Kennels, so that they can find my puppy a another good home.
